Our online tribute and donation service
As part of our service to you we provide a free online tribute page, that displays all the funeral arrangements, and manages Gift Aided donations to charities you may wish to support in memory of your loved one.
Each tribute page is unique to the memory of your loved one. With the help of friends and family you can personalise your page to build a beautiful and lasting online memorial.
Family and friends can share memories and stories, and upload their favourite pictures, videos and music, in celebration of their life.
Special information for funeral guests
• The funeral notice on your tribute page displays all the relevant details for mourners attending the service, including the locations of the service, committal and reception, where appropriate. Any special instructions relating to flowers, charity donations or
dress code can also be added.
• Funeral donations to your chosen charities are collected and displayed, along
with messages of condolence.
• Your page can also link to to live funeral streaming services, and an Order of Service, allowing anyone who cannot attend to follow the service online and be part of the day.
• Each page has its own unique QR code, which can be added to the Order of Service;
providing a quick and easy link to the page.

• Family and friends have the opportunity to add stories and memories, pictures, music and videos, as well as virtual gifts and candles.
• There are hundreds of theme designs to choose from when personalising your page, to make it as unique as the person you’re remembering.
• Tribute pages record all donations and messages left with them, and making it easier to collect online donations.
• There is a fundraising section where you can record any events or activities made in your loved one’s memory, such as a memory walk, picnic, or a sponsored run.
• Social media sharing links are available within your page.

• All donations and any Gift Aid are automatically sent to your chosen charities along with comprehensive donation reports, less a 3.2% fee and a 1.9% + 20p deduction which covers all the third-party payment provider charges.
• This small fee is used to run, administer and maintain the tribute page platform for you, which is run in partnership with the leading UK in-memory service MuchLoved, a social enterprise that supports bereaved people.
• There is no end date to your tribute page, and it remains free for you to use for as long as you wish. For example, pages can be used in the future for fundraising in memory, to light candles on special anniversaries or to upload treasured pictures of your loved one.
